A couple standing at an altar with turtle doves, decorated with a sculpted garland of roses and rams' and cherubs' heads. Young lady in an antique-style gown and veil, her hands bound with a wreath of roses as a symbol of purified love. A young man standing to the side with a butterfly and torch symbolising love and transience. Polychrome painting with gold contouring. Designed by Christian Gottfried Jüchtzer. Model no.
