Large silver and glass jardiniere. Oval, conically tapering shape on four rocaille feet framed by volutes. The wall surrounded by wavy, vertical lines. Open-worked C-sweeps on the sides, set against each other as handles. The long sides each with an applied oval cartouche depicting a sailing ship and engraved with 16 names, including Scheer, Buchholtz, Dähnhardt, Grapow, Lautenberger and von Levetzow, and dated below.
