Large Art Nouveau decorative vase with hawthorn decoration by Daum Frères Slender baluster shape with a club-shaped body. Cased glass, colourless with flocked, whitish, yellow and dark purple powder meltings, the top layer with ochre-coloured meltings. Decor of autumnal branches of hawthorn (Crataegus) with fruit, etched and in polychrome enamel painting. Signed "DAUM NANCY" combined with a Lorraine cross. H. 39.2 cm.
