Large Art Nouveau decorative vase with hawthorn decoration by Daum Frères. Goblet or foot cup shape. Cased glass, colourless with flocked, whitish, yellow and dark purple powder meltings, the top layer with ochre-coloured meltings. Decor of autumnal branches of hawthorn (Crataegus) with fruit, etched and in polychrome enamel painting. Signed "DAUM NANCY" combined with a Lorraine cross. H. 30.3 cm.
