Large Meissen magnificent pendulum with Watteau decoration. with rectangular base on heavily scrolled volute feet. Baluster-shaped curved clock body with a lattice-like open-worked dome, the interfaces with applied small forget-me-not blossoms. Topped with a sculptural vase with a bouquet of flowers. A figure of Flora seated on the shoulder with a palm branch and cupids playing. Surrounded by rocaille decoration in relief with sculpturally applied, elongated leaf tendrils with large, various flowers. Framed cotton wool scenes in gold-contoured reserves on the front. The narrow sides and base with scattered flower arrangements. Polychrome painting with rich gold decoration. Designed by J. J. Kaendler.
