A large "aux enfants" Louis XV style commode after a model by Charles Cressent Mahogany, veneered and partially ebonised. Three-sided cambered body, flanked by widely extended corner pilaster strips, merging into high legs. Two large, optically connected drawers sans traverse in the articulated front. Mirrored veneer panels covering the entire surface and lavish bronze applications, some with figural designs. Top made of white, dark-grained marble. H. 95.5 cm. 154 cm x 66 cm.
