Large Baroque walnut tabernacle secretary, veneered. Straight, rectangular body on a narrow moulded frame and pressed feet. Three wide, opposing curved drawers in the compartmentalised front. Corresponding support for a sloping, hinged work surface, flanked by curved drawers. Above, concave top with central tabernacle door, surrounded by various drawers. Central locking. Curved, rising moulded cornice, raised in the centre with bold volute motifs in the corners. Two storage compartments in the upper end. Wide framed veneer panels of diamond marquetry, bordered by narrow band inlays. H. 224 cm. 127 cm x 72 cm.
