The 174 London engravings based on drawings by Gustave Doré (1832-1883) were published in 1872, with a text by the journalist Blanchard Jerrold, in their book "London. A Pilgrimage".
A Greenwich Boat Traveller is engraved in the book's preface. The flower sellers appear in chapter IV, Above bridge of Westminster.
