HELLENISTIC GOLD LUNAR-SHAPED PENDANT WITH ROSETTE Ca. 300 - 100 BC. A gold lunula, or crescent-shaped pendant, with a flat body decorated with an intricate motif of designs and decorative patterns. The centre is adorned with spirals, while gold threads embellish the borders. At the two ends of the pendant, there are gold pellets shaped like clusters of grapes.
