HELLENISTIC TERRACOTTA HEAD OF FEMALE VOTIVE STATUETTE
Ca. 100 BC - AD 100. A terracotta head from a votive statuette depicting a female figure with hair arranged in thick locks swept back from the forehead and coiled into a high chignon. The face is oval and softly contoured, with finely modelled features including almond-shaped eyes, arched brows, a straight nose, and small, closed lips. Mounted on a modern stand.
