These lots are being offered by a property administrator. The sale will only be finalised and invoiced once the Justice of the Peace has given his approval (as the application has already been submitted by the property manager, the decision should be forthcoming shortly). In the absence of this agreement, the lot cannot be sold. After 60 days following the sale, in the absence of the judge's agreement, the buyer will have the option of cancelling his bid.
