First edition of this charming Parisian almanac, written and illustrated by Henri Maigrot dit Henriot (1857-1933). First edition of the illustration, including a frontispiece, 12 full-page compositions for the months of the year, 49 vignettes in the text and 2 on the cover. All the engravings have been delicately watercoloured. Limited edition of 300 copies on fine wove paper, all hors commerce. A unique copy, justified as such by the publisher, enriched with an original signed watercolour on the false title, all the artist's original drawings, executed in Indian ink and sometimes enhanced with blue pencil, and a separate edition of all the illustrations in black on chine collé. Luxurious lined binding by Marius Michel, with very slightly faded spine.
