Third edition of Homer's works with Didymus' commentary, edited by Jacob Micyllus and Joachim Camerarius and printed in Greek, with text and gloss on two columns, by Johann Herwagen. It contains The Iliad, The Odyssey and The Batrachomyomachy, as well as two opuscules by Porphyry of Tyre, Questions homériques and L'Antre des Nymphes. Beautiful stamped Germanic binding, complete with clasps. Handwritten bookplates dated 1638 and 1704 at the bottom of the title. Old inscriptions on the endpapers and at the beginning of the Iliad.
