HUGE CRUSADERS ERA BRONZE CROSS PENDANT Ca. AD 900 - 1100. A bronze cross-shaped pendant decorated with a crucified Christ, framed by a moulded relief border. At the top is a circular suspension loop for attachment to a chain or cord. This was an iconic object for daily life during the Byzantine Empire, and probably this object was buried with its owner.
