Binding signed Champs-Stroobants. Decorated with a frontispiece and 11 plates out of text by Johannot, Boulanger, Raffet, Rogier &, Rouargue... Illustrated edition of the same programme as the in-8° "Keepsake Edition" published the same year. Complete with the plate De l'utilité des fenêtres... which is often missing. Good condition. Some very light foxing and oxidized plates.
