IBAN, Dayak, Sarawak State, Indonesia. Wood, black patina. A very old "Tun tun", used as a boar trap and hunting charm. It takes the form of a thin stick with the upper end carved with a highly stylised crouching figure whose hands support the chin in the "thinker" position. Height: 47.5 cm.
