LARGE MARQUEE
in marble, carved on all sides and decorated with scrolling foliage. One side is carved with a portrait of a man rising from scrolls, depicted in a full bust, his face symmetrical, his long hair parted in the middle and falling to his shoulders. The abacus is carved with pseudepigraphic inscriptions in two registers: "CRIS / ACVBIS / ROBERTVS / MASIS / FOSES" (?) with a frieze of dotted lines.
Italy, 12th century Romanesque style.
