Triclinium carpets are very rare carpets. The term 'triclinium' refers to a dining room in ancient Roman architecture, typically with three sofas arranged in a U-shape around a central table where guests reclined during dinner. The graphic composition consists of a main carpet that is relatively large called 'mian farsh' (the main carpet), laterally two elongated formats here with a light background, 'kenareh' (runners) while
above them, although it is missing in this artefact, a fourth element that joined the three elements arranged on the width of the three we see today called 'kalleghi' (known in the West as kelleh).
