Opinion of Cosimo I de' Medici: Grand Duke of Tuscany, on the precedence of Rome. Speech of the Court of Rome by Cardinal Commendone. Report of Giovanni Delfino: Venetian Ambassador to Pope Clement VIII. Report of Giovanni Mocenigo: Venetian Ambassador to Pope Paul V. Instruction by Cardinal de' Medici: On how to govern in the city of Rome. Physical characteristics: Binding: Coeval in full floppy parchment with remnants of cloth ties. Manuscript title on the spine: 'Relationi della Corte di Roma - M.S.'. Writing: Elegant cursive handwriting of the period, well legible, in brown ink. Conservation status: The manuscript is in good overall condition. The vellum of the binding shows the natural signs of time and some rippling.
