Indochina, circa 1900, Living room screen, in finely carved wood with openwork of watermelons, prunus flowers and pampers, surmounted by two dragons facing the sacred pearl, presenting, under glass, a silk and linen embroidery with polychrome decorations on a beige background of a procession accompanying a dignitary on his way to visit a mandarin in his palace, surrounded by weeping willows, banana trees and flamboyant trees. Height 115 cm, W 72 cm, D 20 cm. Wear and tears to the edges of the fabric (but the decoration is untouched).
