IRAN - Woolen Senne carpet with a central medallion in the form of a cross of 4 blue flowers and one red flower on a white field, this cross is laid on a black field with alternating yellow and red plant decoration in a diamond pattern delimited by a comb border, which is laid on a main red field also in a diamond pattern trimmed with flower seedlings, the borders are delimited by a comb motif separating the blue field from the corners trimmed with boteh seedlings. The carpet is trimmed with two fields of blue flowers on a caramel field on opposite sides, the various fields are surrounded by 10 borders of floral friezes or serpentine friezes. L. 180 x 121 cm
