Isis. Gold leaf with repoussé decoration of a woman's face, adorned with a necklace, her curly hair partly covered by a veil in the manner of the statue of Isis found in Hadrian's villa at Tivoli. The leaf is held in place by a kind of putty and mounted on a modern handle. Probably Egypt, Hellenistic or Roman period. H. 3 cm. Damage and missing parts. Former Itzvart collection.
