Signed Shinsui ga and artist's stamp. Publisher Watanabe Shōzaburō. Dated 10th month of Taisho 11 (1922). Numbered on the reverse 55/200 (Minor restorations). Size 42.7 x 25.9 cm. The Shin bijin jūni sugata series was commissioned by the Ukiyo-e Research Society (Ukiyo-e kenkyūkai) and was sold in an edition of two hundred prints per drawing. Eleven prints were published in 1922-23, the last drawing being postponed until 1924 due to the great Kantō earthquake.
