A large bronze incense burner with a brown patina, the upper container with a vertical four-lobed wall resting on a rock, and decorated with two figures in the round of Fudô-Myôô, one isolated, the other surrounded by two disciples and leaning against a flamed mandorla with traces of gilding, surmounted by the sun and the moon; The base decorated with archaic motifs depicting stylised cicadas and taotie masks; the base embellished with two shishi in the round, running with their hind legs in the air. With, incised on one side, an apocryphal date Bunmei 3 (1471) and an apocryphal dedication "offered for Toyotomi Hideyoshi".
