Very interesting manuscript on his methods of observing insects, in the form of a diary, with entomological observations recorded from day to day. There is mention of geophilus, glomeris, scolopendra, lithobia, cryptops hortensis etc. The manuscript is accompanied by a pencil drawing of geophilus.
