Note that what looks like Sempé's signature is probably an annotation by the publisher. The final drawing was reproduced on page 37 of the collection Luxe, calme & volupté ("We have always been a very competitive society") published in 1987 by Denoël. Upper right corner missing, margins discoloured. Small stains lower right corner.
