Note: Jean Marie Michel Liebeaux, known as Mich, was born in Périgueux in 1881 and died in Algiers in 1923. A French cartoonist, draughtsman and poster artist, he enjoyed a certain renown at the beginning of the 20th century and produced a number of advertising posters for bicycle and car brands, which he signed Mich, the grinder (in clown costume) accompanied by his dog for Hutchinson tyres. One of these posters is entitled: "More solid than steel". The Musée National du Sport has several posters by Mich, and the Musée Départemental Breton in Quimper has stained glass windows designed by Mich for Quimper station and a poster for the brand "Taillan, grand vin au quinquina".
