JEMDET NASR MARBLE AMULET OF A BULL.
Ca. 3100 - 2900 BC.
A marble amulet of a bull depicted in a recumbent position with its legs tucked beneath the body. The head is sculpted with a rounded snout, small circular eyes, and a pair of curved horns. A perforation runs through the back, possibly for suspension or attachment.
