JEMDET NASR STONE BULL SEAL WITH INLAID EYES Ca. 3100 - 2900 BC. A stone bull-shaped stamp seal, carved from mottled yellow stone with softly rounded contours and incised linear detail emphasising the musculature and limbs. The head is sculpted with pronounced horns, a broad snout, and red inlaid eyes. The flat underside depicts four schematic representations of quadrupeds.
