Small baroque teapot. Silver. Over a flat base, pressed, bulbous body merging into a slender neck. The wall surrounded by wavy, vertical lines. Deep-set, faceted tubular spout with hinged cover. Correspondingly structured, multiple moulded hinged lid with flared, curved rim and conical knob in the shape of a figurative rocaille. Ear-shaped wooden handle. Marked, tremolier line, hallmark, master Johann Samuel Beckensteiner (became master 1743). Weight approx. 245 g. H. 13.5 cm.
