Original title Copy executed in the style of Vincent van Gogh after his famous painting from 1889/90 in the Musée d'Orsay in Paris. Kujau became known in 1983 for his forgeries of the so-called "Hitler diaries" for the "Stern"; in addition, Kujau created a large number of paintings explicitly declared by him as "forgeries" after painters of various epochs and styles.
