The engraving was executed by Joseph Juster from a drawing by Louis Dorigny. In the second book, there are explanatory figures of the geometries to be performed by the horses. The volume is complete with all three books and is in more than good condition, except for a few rare and small damp stains. The volume is a treatise, the first two books of which deal with the training of the horse, while the third (by Luigi Santapaulina) deals with its use in war and festivals. Rare volume.
