A sculpture in the round, depicting Jesus, flanked by Mary and Joseph, seated on a rocky outcrop beneath a palm tree, with a mule (perhaps representing the Flight into Egypt?). The lower section depicts Joseph’s carpenter’s workshop, complete with his tools, his workbench and two small houses (perhaps the village of Nazareth?).
