The bulbous body rises on a round foot rim, tapers slightly downwards and forms a slightly convex mouth. The inside is glazed in white, only the foot shows the untreated color of the porcelain. The wall is decorated with an encircling landscape painting that invites to marvel and admire. A detailed mountain landscape with trees, pagodas, rolling by clouds, fishermen, and birds in the sky can be seen. The jardinière has a balanced shape and comes together with an open work wooden base of a later date. The porcelain bowl is in good condition with only slight age-related signs of wear such as tiny nicks at the base and small manufacturing flaws here and there.
