LARGE COLLECTION OF EGYPTIAN GLASS AND STONE MINIATURE AMULETS Late Period - Roman Period, Ca. 700 BC - AD 100 A large collection of glass and stone amulets. This includes a dark stone plummet and right angle, a steatite fish-tailed pesech-kef-blade, a stone seated baboon, two green stone hearts, two stone wedjat-eyes, two haematite head-rests, a red glass frieze of uraei, oxidised black glass double fingers and a polychrome glass sandal. Reviewed by Simone Musso, consultant curator for Egyptian antiquities at the Stibbert Museum, Florence, Italy, member of the Nuri Archaeological Expedition.
