LARGE EGYPTIAN STONE AND BRONZE INLAID EYES Late Period, Ca. 664 - 332 BC. A pair of inlaid eyes formed from almond-shaped white stone sclerae, each inset with a red stone iris and a central black pupil. The elements are fitted within bronze casings that frame the contour of the upper and lower eyelids, curving upwards at the outer edges.
