A precious copy containing an IMPORTANT AUTOGRAPHIC LETTER FROM BARON LARREY written on the letterhead of the Garde Royale hospital and addressed to one of his doctor colleagues. A most interesting document because of the various cases described, such as gangrene, yellow fever, rabies virus, inflammation of the digestive organs, etc. 4 folding plates, the last in colour.
