LATE MEDIEVAL SILVER RING WITH HERALDIC SHIELD.
Ca. AD 1200 - 1400. A silver ring with an oval bezel engraved with a heraldic shield divided into four quadrants. Two quadrants contain paired chevrons, while the others feature horizontal bands interspersed with animal motifs. A beaded border encircles the shield.
