Enamel: "émaillerie Alsacienne de Strasbourg". 29.8 x 19.6 cm. In 1897, Emile Moench founded the company alsa and moved to Nancy. His wife, Elisabeth, an energetic and hard-working woman, dreamt one day of an Alsatian woman wearing a bonnet and standing next to a stork.
