LIMOGES, circa 1530-1540 Tryptic representing The crucifixion between the carrying and the lamentation Small devotional altarpiece with shutters composed of polychrome enamels decorated with paillons and enhanced with gold, on copper plates set in a modern wooden frame with traces of gilding. Counter-frame not visible, accidents (notably to the hinges), the two horizontal plates probably modern, probable presence of small areas of restoration in the blues, a few small dents to the enamel.
