In-4 oblong, red percaline, double gilt fillet and embossed coat of arms of Arturo López on upper cover, smooth spine, untrimmed (Publisher's binding). A superb and rare publication on the Hôtel Arturo Lopez, built in 1899 in Neuilly for Paul Rodocanachi, who sold it in 1928 to the wealthy Chilean collector Arturo López Willshaw.
The illustration consists of 30 original charcoal prints by Jean Vincent.
