Beige field decorated with fine sprigs of flowers forming a "mille-fleurs" decoration in pastel tones framing a central medallion formed by a floral wreath. Five borders. Density: approximately 7000 knots per dm2 Iran, Mid 20th century Dimensions: 312 x 211 cm (Corner damage, tears, missing pieces) QUASGAI Wool velvet on a wool foundation. Brick field with "herati" decoration: a series of flower bulbs in the form of polychrome exploded diamonds surrounded by serrated leaves framing a central midnight-blue diamond-shaped medallion. Four spandrels decorated in the same way as the central medallion. The main plum border is decorated with a succession of multicoloured stylised palmettes.
