The first: gilded bronze porch frame, with small glass-turned columns, white enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours in small gold cartouches and large Arabic numerals for the minutes, Louis XVI hands, cylinder movement with key winding (not supplied) Clock currently in working order. The second: frame of cast bronze gilded with mercury, the white enamel dial with Roman numerals is set in the centre of a porcelain plate painted with a scene of a young girl by a lake, movement with cylinder escapement (working) key-wound, (not supplied) winding back.
