First edition of these very salty poems, reproduced in facsimile from the manuscript, with a preface by Georges Hugnet. It is decorated with 12 free out-of-text lithographs attributed to Beletti. Edition of 190 copies, this one of 20 on Rives vellum, enriched with a bistre suite and an unpublished autograph page by Pierre Louÿs. The copy is also enriched with the following items: - 8 anonymous original drawings in colour, pasted on paper and mounted on tabs, unsigned. - a colour lithograph published by René Pincebourde and entitled Minette. - an autograph letter signed by Pierre Louÿs to his brother (and probably also his father) Georges dated 1 May (1903), reproduced in the preface. - An original drawing on tracing paper. - a pencil drawing on brown paper.
