Ditumba" drum in the shape of a bowl decorated with geometric motifs. This reptile skin drum is closed at the bottom inside. A hole near the skin, covered with a spider cocoon membrane or a thin sheet of plant fibre, acts as a "mirliton", like the calabashes under the xylophone blades.
Dense wood, animal skin, leather, traces of tuning resin on the skin.
