Cracks in the panel Network of natural cracks Areas of rubbing Alteration to the paint layer in the lower section Retouching Collection of a Geneva art lover All lots marked in orange in the printed catalogue come from a private collection in Geneva (see pages 178 and 206 of this catalogue). This collection was formed in the 1980s and has been handed down by inheritance ever since. It consists mainly of Old Masters (lots 24,25,2685 to 2696,2708,2716,2731,2733 to 2735) and sacred art sculptures from the 14th to 16th centuries (lots 2437 to 2443).
