The "Domu" arched harp from the Angelo Turconi collection features a resonance box covered in skin perforated with two acoustic holes and the lower part covered with a weave of rattan fibres. The pegbox is carved in the shape of a figure, with arms along the body covered in scarification marks and a serene face prolonged by a cranial deformation typical of the Mangbetu.
