Foot soldier of the 122nd infantry regiment (Montpellier), circa 1917, consisting of a model 1915 Adrian helmet, brush-painted in matt horizon blue, with a black leather inner cap of the 2nd type, original chinstrap (broken at one end), model 1915 capote in horizon blue cloth with collar tabs in cut-out cloth, unbleached cotton lining, aluminium buttons, a scroll epaulette (reproduction), model 1914 breeches in horizon blue cloth with daffodil piping, calf straps, model 1917 brodequins, model 1903 belt, three model 1916 cartridge belts, riveted suspension straps, all in brown leather, Lebel bayonet with cut quillon with black leather bayonet holder, individual musette bag with a fine attribution to Private PIEDNOIR of the 304th Reserve, 2-litre canister with horizon blue and quarter cloth cover. All presented on a fine quality mannequin. BE
