Manuscript, Work divided into four Books, Book One. Book in ½ folio, leather cover, not contemporary but 19th century morocco, back cover detached from the body of the volume. Ribbed binding. Manuscript book (first book) dealing with well-trained horses, how to choose foals, which horses to buy and how to feed them. The book is complete in all its pages and has some drawings within the text. The manuscript at the end of page 226 has some blank pages, with an annotation by the volume's owner's hand, presumably, and then resumes the treatment until its end offered by the book's index. The manuscript is known but no other copies have been found in archives and/or libraries.
