Officer's coat belonging to Hilyer TJ, made from thick OD fabric. Numerous snags are visible throughout. All buttons are present and the zip is functional. A 7ᵉ Armee badge is hand sewn. The name indication Hilyer TJ 36852560 is clearly legible. Some wear, a marked patina and the presence of stains and snags on the piece should be noted. Condition II+. During the Battle of the Bulge, the 7th Army extended its flanks in order to take over part of the area that had been devolved to the 3rd US Army to enable the latter to assist the American forces encircled at Bastogne.
